Steely (West Sussex, UK) supposedly has no news this week, but he is very handsome. Cat News agrees that this is something everyone should know.
Quinn (New York State, USA) was making a fuss about the humans eating lunch, so his opinion was sought on a tiny piece of avocado. As expected, he is of the opinion that they are not actually food.
Gabby (North Holland, The Netherlands) made herself comfortable on her human while they were lying on the sofa, making sure that the tops of their feet were very very warm. She makes an excellent foot warmer.
In quite the turn of events, Voltaire (Saskatchewan, Canada) came to tell his human that he had had a thought. He couldn’t seem to remember what it was, but it is very notable that he may have had it.
Quick tip from Pippin (BC, Canada), the humans can’t leave the house if you have their shoelaces.
Karen (Greater London, UK) did not announce that she would be sleeping nearby while her human was relaxing… but there are signs.
The humans have been brushing Marley (Oxfordshire, UK), and have gathered so much fur as a result. Impossibly, it seems like Marley isn’t any smaller despite all of the fur that came off of him.
Clover (California, USA) has planned out a whole exercise routine for herself. Today is a rest day. So is every other day this week and for the foreseeable future.
A moth has gotten in, and Sammy (BC, Canada) is extremely interested. He has been following it around, waiting until it comes down from off the ceiling.
Meet Bowie (Lombardy, Italy)! He is always busily going in and out of the house, rolling himself in mud and playing with toy mice. He scratches small humans if they become too pesky.
Duncan (Alberta, Canada) is having a really good day today. He got his favourite food, without even having to complain for too long, and he got to play with his favourite toy.
Doug (Somerset, UK) is a very helpful cat, and has kindly tested the temperature of his human’s tea. It is now much fluffier tea than it was before, and therefore much improved.
Pippin (BC, Canada) will no longer stand for the insolence of the olive tree. He found the perfect time in the middle of the night to ambush it and send it crashing to the floor.
Nayla (Greater London, UK) has been trying out new beds recently. A play mat, a play mat cover and a pram have all been tested. But the Moses basket has been the best one. Especially as the small human warmed it in advance.
There are contractors in the house and Bagel (BC, Canada) is hiding where it is safe under the bed. He managed to telepathically instruct his humans to bring his food bowl to him though, rather than go past the strangers down to the kitchen, so he is ok for now.
Matilda (Great Manchester, UK) is a mighty hunter, with some notable exceptions. Recently she was seen to successfully catch her human’s sock, but unfortunately the wily thing got away from her. Time will tell if the next one will repeat this miraculous escape.
Now it’s Spring, Hugo (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) likes to watch the birds until dinner time. Sometimes it wears him out so much he has fallen asleep by the time he would normally be asking for food!
Mindy (Vermont, USA) is not a cat with much tact, and she showed a very strong reaction to her human’s feet. Twice. She is of the opinion they should not put their smelly feet where she might be interested in sniffing.
Tabby (Earth) is known to go to the most echo-worthy spot at the bottom of the stairs and sing the song of his people for the whole household to hear at random moments throughout the day. Sometimes leaving the company of his humans to perform.
